Designed for Chocolate lovers our Decadent Chocolate Bread in a Mug Mix is to die for! A perfect treat that is not too super sweet with no weird aftertaste and the BEST part is that each mug mix is <1g carb per serve meaning ZERO guilt!
For each Mug Mix, just add 1 TBSP butter (or any oil) and 1 large egg (room temperature is best) + 1 TBSP milk, cream, or plant-based alternatives to our dry mix in a mug or ramekin – zap in the microwave for 90 secs (microwaves vary so start with between 60-90 secs) slice, and eat.
Moist, convenient, and delicious! Makes 4 slices, eat now and save some for later – or eat the lot! Delicious on its own or served with cream or ice cream! Add chocolate chips for a sweeter option!
