Our portion-controlled coconut macaroon slice can be whipped up in just 60 seconds, and can be eaten raw or baked in the oven either as a slice or rolled into cookies. Makes approx 4 slices or cookies or 4-6 small raw balls.

JUST ADD: 2-3 TBSPs of Grass-fed melted butter, nut butter, or vegan butter to the packet mix, press into small square silicon moulds, refrigerate until cool, eat as is or top or roll in melted sugar-free chocolate or your favourite keto icing.
